I’m famous for my love of organizing & cleaning, mad soccer skills, quick-witted humour, passion for travel, & enthusiasm for anything home-made. I never say no to a glass of wine or a good outdoor adventure.

I love my family & friends & have been known to throw a pretty wild games night. I love to cook & grow my own vegetables in my deck garden. I live life to the fullest each & every day because I’m “here for a good time, not a long time”!

I’ve been passionate about nutrition & health for as long as I can remember. I was always known for bringing healthy lunches to work or school. My close friends know me as the girl who brings quinoa salad to dinner parties (I’ve stopped doing that now… have to keep them on their toes).
